Live chat setup guide

Step 1. Get your MyLiveChat code

Sign in to the MyLiveChat web console and click Deployment menu on the left. Choose Embedded Chat tab and copy the MyLiveChat code.

Step 2. Configure live chat settings and Add the MyLiveChat code

Now sign in to your BigCommerce account. You need to:

  1. Click App -> Live Chat menu on the top

  2. Select Other Third Party Live Chat Service and place MyLiveChat code

  3. Choose the Chat Box Location and press Save.
