Before you proceed you need to have a MyLiveChat account. If you don't have one,
please sign up for a free LiveChat account.
Step 1. Open footer template file
Go to /incudes/templates/template_default/common/ and edit the tpl_footer.php file
Step 2. Install code
Paste the following code to the bottom of tpl_footer.php. Then login mylivechat web console, copy My LiveChat ID from dashboard and replace.
Now your LiveChat button should appear on your store.
To start chatting with your customers, install desktop agent console or use web agent console.
