What's a seat?
A seat is what we call anyone who logs into mylivechat agent console. For the basic plan (2 seats), it means you can have multiple agents but only 2 agents are allowed to be online at the same time.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH AGENT ACCOUNT?
No, you can create additional agent accounts free of charge. You only pay for additional agent seats.
How does the free account work?
No credit card is required and you can upgrade to other plans whenever you are ready. A free live chat account has these limitations: 1 Seat and No White Label.
What forms of order do you accept?
We use Paypal to accept online order in a secure and reliable way. All major Credit
Cards are accepted. You do not require a PayPal account to purchase using your credit
card. If you have problem with Paypal or want to purchase automatically recurring subscription, please visit our online store.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. You'll be charged monthly and you can cancel or change plans anytime. If you
cancel, you'll only be charged for the current month. You won't be charged again
Who can see our chats and files? Do you read them?
Your team's privacy and security is our #1 priority. We've taken measures to make
sure no one outside of your team can access your chats and files. Of course, we
will not view your team/company data.
Is my data secured?
Yes, we provide security in the same way banks do. You should work with your application
through secure and encrypted SSL connection.
Can I change number of seats anytime?
Yes, at any time! If you change the number of seats in the middle of the month, we will charge you just for real usage.
