Send chat notifications to Slack

Get the webhook URL from Slack

1. In Slack, go to Apps -> Browse apps -> search Incoming Webhooks.
2. Add the integration, pick a channel (e.g. #support), and copy the webhook URL.

Wire it up in MyLiveChat

1. Dashboard -> Integrations -> Slack.
2. Paste the webhook URL.
3. Pick which events you want notified: New chat, Missed chat, AI handoff requested.
4. Save.
