Before contacting support
Most issues clear with these three steps:
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows / Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
- Try an incognito window - rules out a bad browser extension or stale cookie.
- Try a different browser - confirms whether it's a browser-specific issue.
Common gotchas
- Blank screen after login? - usually a stale session cookie. Sign out, clear cookies for our domain, sign in again.
- Settings not saving? - your network might be blocking our save endpoint. Try a different network or disable VPN/proxy briefly.
- Email not arriving? - check spam. Add our domain to your address book to whitelist.

- Any error message (screenshot is great)

- The URL where it broke
