It allows you to live chat with website visitors, monitor site traffic, and analyze
visitors' web activities, including their search engine and keyword usage.
This tutorial is designed for Drupal 7.x. If you are using Drupal 8.x, please check
this tutorial. If you are using Drupal 6.x, please check

Step 1. Install My Live Chat Plugin
To display LiveChat button on Drupal, download the Live Chat Plugin first. Then upload 'mylivechat' directory to Drupal plugins directory ('/sites/all/modules/').
Step 2. Activate My Live Chat Plugin
Now open your Drupal website. Go to "Administration > Modules" and activate "MyLiveChat" module (under "Other" category).
Step 3. Config My LiveChat settings
Click the MyLiveChat menu on the top to open plugin settings page. You need to:
- Input MyLiveChat ID or create a free MyLiveChat account (if you are a new mylivechat customer)
Step 4. Activate "MyLiveChat" block
Click the Structure > Blocks menu, see the "Disabled" section, find MyLiveChat block and select a region (recommended "footer").
